We will consider refund requests within a 30 day period after your purchase. We are unable to refund the processing fees passed on to us through Stripe (generally 2.9% plus $0.30). As a small nonprofit, these fees are one of our largest expenses and we can't afford to lose that money. Gumroad currently refunds the 10% it charges to host our curricula, so we return that. We reserve the right to change this policy without notice if Stripe or Gumroad policies change.

Generally, we hope you will give us a chance to discuss your concerns if you suddenly have buyer's remorse. Please email us. We're also glad to see if we can help you get the most from the program.

We try to respond to refund requests immediately. Sometimes it takes us a little time to get back to you because we're a small nonprofit with only one or two part-time paid people and other volunteers on the team.

That said, we get it - you're a church and your budgets are tight. We try to price the curriculum so it is affordable but things happen or wires are crossed. If you made a mistake in purchasing, let us know and we'll try to make it right so you can allocate your limited funds in the way your clergy, staff, and lay leaders have planned.
